I just arrived home from being told that I have a pretty big AVM in the left side of my brain and I'm confused a little bit about everything at home and how it looks. Can anyone tell me? I'm going to go in for surgery soon?

We are in California.  My husband just found out the same.  We are in God's hands and I am concerned about all this too.  My husband also experienced a 'wet sensation' on the area of his head.  He has his surgery this summer if all goes well.  The doctor told us that he has a 60% chance of becoming paralyzed if we don't be proactive now.
Are you confused because you are reevaluating everything after the diagnosis?  I know I am because everything my husband says now I analyze.
Good Luck to you too.
