My 8yr old son had an AVM rupture this past October. He had surgery to remove it and it appeared he had no negative effects afterwards.It is Now July and he's starting to stutter a little bit and repeat his words. Can he develop speech problems now? The doctor said he probably wouldn't be able to speak when woke up from his coma or surgery...but he did well after all this.
